Shipping policy

Each Item we sell includes free shipping within the contiguous United States

It is the customer's responsibility to report damaged shipment within 24 hours to us via email with pictures. It is advised that if the customer is signing for the shipment or not to take pictures of any damage on the packaging that exists. If the customer needs to sign for shipment, notate the damage on the bill of lading prior to signing for shipment, take pictures of exterior damage, in a situation that there is apparent damage, and the delivery driver is not cooperative in notating damage, refuse shipment and your order will be re-shipped.
