Setup 
PLACEMENT: Prior to opening, ensure you position the mattress on a suitable surface such as a solid base, an adjustable frame, or slats that are a maximum of two (2) inches apart, all of which can support the mattress and its users. 
UNWRAP: Carefully use scissors to cut the plastic and roll out the mattress; A RAZOR BLADE SHOULD NOT BE USED. 
EXPAND: Let the mattress expand fully. It could take as long as 72 hours for it to regain its original shape. You can start using it right away; your body heat and movement will help it recover faster. 

Care Instructions 
You can machine wash the mattress cover. Use a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors, and let it air dry without any heat. A mattress protector is suggested, though not mandatory, as it helps safeguard and prolong the life of the mattress. Any liquid damage will not be covered under warranty. Should a spill happen, take off the cover right away and let the area dry before putting the cover back on. 
Avoid dry cleaning, bleaching, ironing, or steaming. 
To ensure even wear, rotate your mattress regularly. 
Refrain from standing or jumping on the mattress. 
Do not fold or bend it for long periods. 
Keep moisture from soaking into the mattress.
